The fan itself works well but the base of the fan would not fit together right .Since the ''NEW" fan came in a partially opened box that had been taped up, and the underside of the base looked as if a dog chewed on it we called Lasko .The manual said to not return to the store.The Lasko customer service sent another base and it did not fit together right either. We will keep it because it works and my husband is tired of putting it back together although the base of the fan has a small gap all the way across. I have another Lasko fan we bought years ago that fits perfect at the base. Since we are Seniors, it seems most of the workmanship of today lacks quality.

We have had several of these fans for years and been very happy with them. The adjustable height is a very useful option and we really like the remote controls. One of our fans finally bit the dust and we couldn't find a replacement in the stores so I hit the internet. Enter Office Depot and we had our new fan in a week! Very Happy!
